This view has it all: The “Whale’s Tail”, Caño Island, the “three sisters rock”, rolling pastures and lively rivers, and of course the coastal mountains that makes this area so unique worldwide. Stunning sunsets year round will offer a warm glow on the house and pool area, perfect for taking in the view and reminiscing on the day’s activities!
The property offers a private trail to an undisturbed waterfall just a short one-minute hike from the villa! The soothing sounds of the waterfall will penetrate the surrounding air for most of the year.
This home comes securely equipped with Cameras, front gate with intercom, as well as an easy to use alarm so you can truly relax in and out of the home.
Arrival is simple under the large covered carport. Enter through the main door or an optional entrance via the laundry room to help you keep the beach clothing where it belongs! The home’s main living space will wow your guests with its high ceilings, oversized kitchen island, luxurious seating and lounge areas, and of course the view through giant glass windows and doors in every direction. The covered outdoor terrace might as well be an extension of this living area and can be enjoyed at any time of day. The roof is the perfect length to give you that indoor/outdoor feel.
Adjacent to the covered terrace is a gorgeous infinity pool and open patio for stargazing. The master bedroom offers a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a 2 head shower, and the delightful outdoor tub (Also a very large TV if that’s your thing!).. The Master patio offers a private area for enjoying a peaceful moment or two. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer connected covered terraces as well as private ensuite full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom includes a gorgeous shower and separate toilet with a functional workspace desk.
