From freshly painted walls to brand new appliances and refinished hardwoods, this entire home has been completely remodeled. Whether you’re traveling to visit the family or work, our goal is to make your stay completely stress-free.
The Space
We know how important it is to feel comfortable and relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of travel or work. This newly renovated home includes everything you will need for your stay.
KITCHEN:
✤ Brand new kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker/rice cooker, set of knives/cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans, cups, kitchen towels, dish towels, sponges/dish clothes, hand soap, basic spices, paper towel holder, dish-washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, trash can and garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer can also be found in the kitchen, on the left side, besides the dishwasher.
LIVING ROOM:
✤ We know the joy of flipping on your favorite shows after a long day, which is why we’ve equipped every bedroom and the living room with Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Grab a seat on the plush living room sofas, kick up your feet, and let loose. Our living room is also equipped with a coffee table, side tables, a smart TV, lamp(s), ceiling fan and decorations!
BEDROOMS:
✤ When you’re ready to turn in, choose from three (3) peaceful bedrooms with refined modern aesthetic, smart TVs, and plenty of dresser storage. All three (3) bedrooms include a comfortable queen-sized bed with sheets, pillows, bedding, mattress pads and bed-bugs protectors. We also provide extra blankets and pillows which are located in the closets of each room.
BATHROOM:
✤ Our freshly remodeled bathroom provides trash can to dispose your garbage properly, a mirror, decorations and bath mat. We always make sure that the bathroom is sparkling clean.
✦ Please also note to ALWAYS use the vent fan when showering/bathing in the bathroom to prevent moisture build-up in the bathroom. Thank you!
BACKYARD:
✤ The backyard is backed by thick woods, so there is privacy to the rear of the home for the guests.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire 1,100 square feet space with no other residents on the property. This is a 1-story house with no “stairs”, just a step to enter the front and side doors.
Guest Interaction
While we will not be physically available, we are always available via Airbnb messenger! We do not stay on the premises. We leave the guests to enjoy their privacy, but we are just a text away if there are any questions or concerns. Feel free to reach out to us anytime throughout your stay! We are most responsive through the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM.
Other Things to Note
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY:
✤ We typically require a 2-night minimum stay.
PARKING:
✤ Feel free to park in the drive away. Our parking can accommodate most common vehicle sizes (sedan, van, pickup truck, etc.). You could fit about 4-5 cars/pick-up trucks back to back. We recommend locking your car as we will not be held liable for any theft or vandalism.
INTERNET:
✤ We provide up to 200 Mbps WiFi speed and our service provider is Spectrum.
✤ WiFi router is located in the living room. For reset purposes, unplug the modem and router for 30 seconds. Plug the modem in first (black box with the coaxial cable going in), then plug in the WiFi router (narrow black box).
THERMOSTAT:

HOME SECURITY SYSTEM
✤ Please note, the home is equipped with a professionally monitored home security system. Please do NOT tamper with this system. Refrain from arming the alarm system. Your door access code is NOT the same as the code to disarm the alarm system. If you’d like to use the alarm system, please contact us and we will provide you with a custom access code.
BREAKER:
✤ Breaker is located in the hallway. If the washer/dryer breaker tripped, you may reset the bottommost breaker on the left side. There is also a GFCI outlet in the kitchen that can be reset at the outlet if it is tripped.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
✤ Smoke detectors in each room, carbon monoxide in the main hallway, first aid kit under the kitchen sink and fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and one in the maid's closet.
✤ There are no cameras inside but there is one outside for the guests safety.
✤ Inside, we have one smart speaker for the guest to use and is doubles as a doorbell chime. The smart speaker also monitors glass break and smoke alarms for the guests safety.
✤ In the event of power outages, there are flashlights under the kitchen sink.
Lastly, please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.
The Neighborhood
Stay in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy afternoon coffee, evening movie marathons, and plenty of space for the whole crew to rest up. No anticipated noise, we are at the VERY back of a large neighborhood so no high speed traffic.
Getting Around
Enjoy the best of both worlds when you stay with us: a quiet, safe, and suburban setting that meets your mobility needs and close to some great spots! This property is pretty much central to Fayetteville. We are 8 minutes from the Cape Fear Valley Hospital, 12 minutes from Fort Bragg, 14 minutes from the Fayetteville Regional Airport, 20 minutes from Cape Fear Botanical Gardens and Zip Quest, 15 minutes from Airborne and Special Operations Museum, and 5 minutes away from all major shopping!
