The Space:
Moffat Beach is one of the most beautiful places to stay with its vibrant hub of restaurants, a micro-brewery, cafe, fish and chip shops, grassy parks, children's playground and is a popular surfing spot with the locals, off the north point break all just 3 minutes away. Bring your bikes, walking shoes to explore the Caloundra Coastal walking path that will take you north to Dicky Beach & Currimundi Lakes and south over the headland to Kings and Bulcock beaches.
This home is a well thought out holiday beach house. There is a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area opening out onto a verandah, which is a perfect area for entertaining and enjoying outdoor dining. The living area is Air-conditioned.
Sleeping Arrangements-
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with large ensuite and walking in robe
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 long singles
Second upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower and separate toilet. Third shower/toilet combined and laundry is downstairs via external back stairs.
All linen for bedding, bath towels etc. provided and included in cleaning fee.
A second area is on the ground level under the back verandah with an outdoor shower, BBQ, second fridge and outdoor setting in a leafy green private back yard. Relax in the cool shaded setting away from the midday sun, enjoy a drink, chill reading a book or enjoy lawn games.
A third area is the front porch with ocean glimpses and beautiful breezes. A place to enjoy afternoon drinks and a morning coffee!
We offer 2 undercover carparks, height limit to 2030 mm, plus street parking.
Wi-fi is unlimited and there is an office desk area available.
The main key opens all doors upstairs, side garden gate and the downstairs laundry.
There is a multipurpose room underneath the home which contains a queen bed. If you require this room, please enquire about the extra linen costs and ask for the extra key.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive use of the house during their stay.
