Summary: The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The rooms are well-kept and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the service at dining was very slow, when food or drinks were ordered it took some time, and it was only 4 of us ordering at the time. I can only imagine if it was busier. If this can be improved on it would be great.
