This neatly renovated three-bedroom brick cottage, set on a 580m² block, offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The brand new kitchen features a gas cooktop, and the updated bathroom includes modern fixtures.
Fans in all rooms ensure comfort throughout, and the large open-plan lounge and dining area creates a spacious, inviting space. The cottage is equipped with two flat-screen TVs for your entertainment, as well as a private laundry with a washer and dryer.
Step outside to the undercover gas BBQ and outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. There’s off-street parking on a cement slab beside the house, and the location offers an easy walk to the country club for dinner and drinks, or a short stroll over the dunes to the beach.
