Units are 541/551 and 561 in the same side of the street- You will have 3 pools/Spa- backyard space. Events are welcome, commute is easy and convenient and you couldn't be safer in this gated neighborhood. Enjoy family, friends and your time off in the best of Orlando, close to everything. All bedrooms have a Smart Tv with 20 bathrooms mostly ensuite, the room capacity is up to 50 people.

**POOL SPA HEATING** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.
**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
