My Weekend Casita is at the rear of my main home, my main home is built on an acre and the casita sits at the very rear of the property. The Casita is near Sea World, Lackland Airforce Military Base area. It is also near Hwy 90 and downtown. One bedroom, full kitchen dining and living room area, washer and dryer, and one bathroom.
Very near/across the street from an elementary school, neighbors are all homeowners and very good neighbors. Neighborhood is full of small family owned restaurants with delicious food.
The Casita is located 9 minutes away from Lackland Air Force Base, and less than 10 miles from Downtown San Antonio /Riverwalk.

This Casita is conveniently located and close to many of San Antonio's well known attractions. Easy access to Hwy 90, Hwy 151, and loop 410.
Home is a short drive from several local restaurants, clubs, and grocery store.

This is a private home, not a hotel. This house is about 25 years old.
The home was rented as a 3 bedroom before but recently being remodeled to three units, this casita is now its own unit private from the rest of the house,..This casita/listing is for a private, furnished, bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, living area.. Bedroom is approximately 10 x 12 (+ closet).
NOTE:
Living area includes: flat panel TV (local channels), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, towels, iron+board, hair dryer, alarm clock, closet with hangers, blankets, lamps and a queen size bed with excellent tempurpedic mattress and 1800 thread count sheets.
Guest access
At this point guests only have access to the front porch (no smoking on the property) and the casita. We are a smoke free campus.
We are self employed. We work and live on the premises. We are readily available to answer any questions or concerns.
