The Penthouse Goodrington Lodge, Luxury Apartment with its own private hot tub and its shared *heated swimming pool and gardens, fills with sunlight through floor to ceiling glass doors and offers stunning park and sea views across to Brixham. Cosy in winter and cool in summer, the possibilities for fun and relaxation are endless. Just 2 minutes from Goodrington Sands beach, Costa coffee, Cantina, the boating lake and waterpark, it's the ideal escape to seaside luxury. *Heated 27 May- 7 Sept.
The space
Free high speed wifi. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, tv and all the utensils and equipment you could possibly wish for. Kitchen and living area have panoramic sea views. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with TVs and comfy beds. The spacious master bedroom has a Super King Size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (beds can also be made up to a Super King size double if you choose when booking). Bedroom 3 has a King size bed, is accessed down two steps and has an ensuite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. There is also a master bathroom with bath and shower. The lounge opens directly on to the large balcony with hot tub.
Outside
Balcony furnished with table and six chairs, 4 sun loungers and the hot tub. Views over the pool to Young's Park and Goodrington Beach.
Access to the communal gardens and swimming pool (pool open all year and heated 27 May - 7 September)
Communal BBQ in garden area.
Allocated FREE parking for one car in the car park and free on-street parking.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. There is also use of a shared outdoor swimming pool (Heated 27 May-7 Sept).
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: Our changeover day is Saturday so the best value holidays are 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. There's a minimum of 6 nights during peak season between Saturdays, but we do try to accommodate short breaks of 4 nights minimum off peak with any start day. Please message us for any dates you would like.
Guests should be aware that the Penthouse is on the second floor and unfortunately there is no lift. This means It may not be suitable for some less able or elderly visitors.
Guests will need to follow the hot tub rules which are to be found in the guest information book on arrival.
