Located two miles to Downtown Nashville. Close enough to all the action but yet far enough away for some relaxation and privacy.

A lot of time, care, and money has been put into these homes that we LOVE. We only want to have the best guests who will respect our property and neighbors.
No locals or TN residents within 120 miles may book our home. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation from a local or TN resident living within 120 miles.
Maximum guests on our property is 20. We do not allow unauthorized guests or visitors. More than 20 guests found at our property will be evicted immediately without refund.
Pools and hot tubs are open year round.
In the fall and winter, we're excited to offer you the option of heated pool access upon request, ensuring you can take a refreshing dip even when the weather cools down. If you'd like the pool heated, please inform us at least 2 days before your stay so we can turn on the heater. Please note that our pool's heating system is designed to provide a comfortable swimming experience rather than a hot tub-like temperature. While we aim to maintain a pleasant water temperature, it's important to mention that during the coldest days and months, there might be limits to how much the pool can be heated.
There are exterior cameras on these home for your safety - Ring security camera located on the driveway and a ring doorbell cameras at the front doors. They record both audio and video and will be on during your stay. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.
We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is not childproofed and has many stairs. Please supervise children at all times. We do provide a highchair and pack n’ play.
Must climb stairs during your stay - 3 story homes with many stairs. There are also stairs going down into the backyard where the pools and hot tubs are located.
We allow some adult dogs to stay in our home. Must be well behaved, at least 1 year old, and full potty trained. No aggressive breeds per our insurance policy. $100 pet fee per pet. Guests are 100% responsible for their dog - any damages caused by dogs will result in fines.
Potential for light noise during your stay - As with any home in the city, noise from nearby neighbors, construction, traffic, etc is always a possibility. We have sound proof windows and foam insulation that drowns out most of the sound.
Absolutely no smoking inside our home. If you have a smoker in your group, please smoke in the driveway or backyard & pick up any butts. Please do not smoke on our rooftop deck and throw cigarette butts off the ledge into our pool and hot tub. Damage can be caused to our equipment, pool, and hot tub down below.
