Near Soulac/sea, 5 km ocean New fully air-conditioned house of 100 M² for 6 people (3 bedrooms) wooden chalet style with private swimming pool (6x4), covered, heated from MAY to October. Its wooden terrace of 100 M², its garden furniture, its relax and its barbecue. land fully enclosed and not overlooked. Shops and a restaurant (with minigolf course) 300 m away. 3 bedrooms for 6 beds, large living room with American kitchen, pantry, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs including a separate one. Comfortable kitchen. Free internet access. The kitchen includes, a dishwasher, an American fridge, a built-in oven, 1 ceramic hob, a normal coffee maker, a Senseo, microwave oven and crockery for 6 people. You also have a cellar with a washing machine. to wash the linen, a dryer, a cumulus of 200 liters and all for the cleaning. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm double beds with cupboards and storage.
The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump and thanks to the telescopic shelter night swimming is nice because you are like in a bubble!!! The house is located in the town of Grayan 9 KM from SOULAC/mer 5 Minutes by car, 10 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is 5 km away and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Car parking is free as well as bicycle parking. Sliding sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy centre. Going up towards Le verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sports activities (jet ski, sailing lessons, etc.). Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the route des châteaux with these vineyards known throughout the world!!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a one-day getaway.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings possible on site with a view of the bird island!!

Summary: We have just spent half term with our grandchildren at Sylvain’s property. The property was very secure, completely enclosed. The pool cover was lockable to avoid any accidents. The pool was heated which was a bonus. There was plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Inside, the living area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge freezer having an ice cube dispenser was handy. Sylvain responded well to any issues, or questions we had. The one thing that could have been improved was the information folder. Maybe some recommendations for restaurants, activities and supermarkets. We all had a great time.
