This newly built villa enjoys a convenient location on the west side of Lefkada, where the magnificent beaches lie, and 6km from Lefkada city. It is also located 300m from the center of Tsoukalades village where you can find restaurants, cafes, mini markets, a bakery and a pharmacy.
Αs you approach, the house emerges through the luscious natural environment, in a total harmony with it and respecting the local aesthetics of the island of Lefkada.
At night, the exterior lighting design creates a soothing atmosphere, making the yard and poolside a beautiful oasis and allows you to make the most of the property during the hot summer nights.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with full cooking facilities, fitted oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils. Also included is a three seater sofa, a smart TV and air-conditioning and a glass sliding door that shows and leads to the outdoor poolside area.
