The brand new carriage house is a complete rebuild and redesign. So, everything in the home is new yet we also preserved all the gorgeous character of 1910. Lots of natural light, hardwood floors, open kitchen, living room and dining features a gas fireplace, 14 foot high ceilings that display 500 year-old heart-of-pine craftsman refurbished wood from the original 1910 house. The white and stainless modern all-new designer kitchen is a cook's delight -- stainless appliances, dish washer, double fridge, large all-white quartz counter tops, subway tiles, gas stove with microwave hood, modern cabinets with stainless accents. If you are a foodie, this is your dream kitchen. Plenty of room for your cooking tools, clever storage plus plenty of room at the eat-in bar for your guests while you cook and to dine if you like. The bathroom features all marble floors and walls and stainless accessories. Enjoy energy efficient Central Heating and Air and energy efficient new Washer/Dryer. This home also has modern hip ceiling fans in every bedroom, and a private covered front porch with ceiling fans and a private yard with lovely landscaping, beautiful large oak tree, flowers and more. The perfectly working fireplace is from the original house and we left the original brick exposed in the living room and a bedroom for a cozy yet uber hip vibe. Off-street parking for two cars is included.
