It offers brand new appliances in a beautiful and well-stocked kitchen, all new bath and shower enclosures, completely updated furnishings, new TV’s, and multiple guest amenities including A/C and in unit washer & dryer. The immaculate grounds and lush tropical foliage of Poipu Kapili are just a short stroll to Sheraton Beach, Kiahuna Beach, Koloa Landing and the shops and restaurants at Kukiu'ula.
The Space:
This condo provides stunning views from the kitchen, dining/living room and master bedroom. And the beautiful new furnishings will ensure a relaxing respite that you deserve on your vacation. Luxurious comfort includes all the amenities and tropical furnishings any true Kauai experience could provide. The large master suite has a king bed perfect for gazing out the full-length glass doors that open directly across the beautiful lawn to the blue Pacific. The en suite master bath has double sinks, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, (unlike many Kapilli units that have "full size" beds) with an en suite bath with a single sink and large tub/shower. The ground floor has a third bath with a shower that is excellent for rinsing off after tennis, swimming, etc. A private lanai off the living room is great for watching the water and soaking up the sun!
