Brand new rental listing now available! This two story home is just around the corner from the ski resort and also within walking distance of the Village Amenities which includes tennis, pickle ball, swimming pool and trout pond fishing which are available to the renters of this lovely home!
You can access this home from the upper deck and walk into a spacious living room on your right and kitchen on your left. The living room has a sectional sofa along with a separate lounging chair. Walk into the kitchen and you will have a dining room table that sits 8 people comfortably.
The kitchen has all of your basic cooking needs including plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, etc, and plenty of room to cook!
There is a play room for children right next to the living room including a small TV, games and a full-size sofa bed. The main bedroom is on this floor with a king bed and it's own bathroom with a tub bath. Heading downstairs, you will find a mud room with a washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and TV, and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a full bath on this floor. Both floors have their own large decks and beautiful views!

There is a dog lot located right off of the lower deck for your best 4-legged friend(s) to enjoy basking in the warm sunshine! There is also a playground for the very small children to enjoy! We know you will enjoy this lovely home and will want to come back year after year!
Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.
No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
