Positive: We stayed at Stone Lake House as a group of four adults and three kids(aged 8 and 10), and we had a wonderful time! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some reviews mention that it’s a bit far, but we didn’t find that to be a problem at all. As long as you’re aware of the bus and ferry schedules, getting around is absolutely manageable. In fact, the location was peaceful and ideal for us, away from the crowds but still accessible. One of the highlights for us was how much the kids enjoyed swimming in the nearby free swim area, just a short walk down to the lake. It was a perfect way to spend our afternoons! The surrounding area is beautiful and the neighbors were incredibly kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun stay by the lake!
Negative: There was honestly nothing we didn’t like we truly enjoyed our stay.
