Welcome to Ferryman's Landing, your home away from home. Get ready to enjoy coastal living at its best! Home is a three bedroom two bath home with spacious fenced in backyard, 2 car garage equipped with EV charging station, fire pit and gas grill. Ferryman's Landing is also pet friendly. Home is a short driving distance to shopping, localrestuarants, local entertainment and fishing.
Get ready to kick off your shoes and live like the locals. Living room has a spacious sectional couch that folds into a queen size bed with a large 65-inch Smart TV perfect for family movie nights. Just right off the living room there is a telecommunicating workspace with printer and high speed interent. So you are still able to stay connected while enjoying family time on the coast.
Dining room and kitchen are just a few steps away from the living room. Dining room has table seating for six with two bar seating at the bar area. Home has high chair and booster seat for the littles so need to worry we have you completley covered. Kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, silverware, and all the cooking utensils needed to make your families favorite meal.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a private toilet area, stand up shower, and spacious walk in closet.
The two secondary bedrooms have queen size beds, pull out twin sleeper lounger, flat screen tv, and ample closet space.
Both secondary bedrooms have sheet sets in room closet for lounge chair beds.
Guest bathroom is just steps away from secondary rooms. Bathroom has single sink, toilet and tub and shower combination.
Laundry room features washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. With laundry pods and fabric sheets provided.
Garage is a two car garage equipped with EV charging station. Please note home does not provide cord to charge smart vehicle.
Ferryman's Landing is pet friendly and will accomodate two dogs, each weighing up to 45 pounds or one large breed up to 85 pounds. There is a large dog crate provided with stainless steel food bowel and water bowel.
This newley built family home boasts a large fenced in back yard perfect for the littles or your fur babies. Complete with gas grill, outdoor seating and fire pit.
For security we do have exterior cameras on the front of the house, brink doorbell camera and exterior camera located on back yard fence.
Please note we do not provide propane for gas grill or fire pit.
Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Cancellation Policy:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to thearrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
