Welcome to The Palm. This cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located a 2 minute walk from a stunning, miles-long pink sand beach. The sea at this location has a perfect sandy bottom and the beach is pristine and unspoiled. Best of all, you will usually have the beach entirely to yourself.
This beach has excellent snorkeling reefs. For those who enjoy walking along the beach, you can walk for miles on in either direction. The beachfront restaurant/bar called The Deck is on the south end of this beach.
The Palm has a large shared pool (the pool is shared with just one other apartment) it is right beside the house perfect for swimming laps, playing with children, or relaxing with a cocktail after a day on the beach.
Inside, The Palm as a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with twin beds. The stylish full bath, finished in green glass tile, has a walk-in shower.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and love seat and a flat screen smart TV.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a fullsize refrigerator, gas range and oven, and a microwave, as well as smaller appliances including a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes, flatware, etc.
The Palm is a 15 minute drive from Governor's Harbour, the main town on the island, which has excellent restaurants, two grocery stores, a coffee shop, a dive shop, gift shops, and a lovely collection of historic homes. James Cistern, just 5 minutes in the other direction, has two grocery stores, a gas station, a liquor store and some excellent restaurants including Delish, LeoRose, Mel’s Snack Shack, and Stubbs famous ourdoor barbecue. Fresh seafood is often available at the town dock.
