This is a beautiful ski lodge feel house with six bedroom, four bathroom home located in beautiful North Conway in up scale neighborhood and close to all local ski resorts and locate attractions including 5-15 minute drive to Mt Cranmore, Attitash, Wild cat, and Black mountain. There is also Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Saco River, Story Land, Hales and North Conway Golf Course, Outlet Malls, Echo Lake all 5-15 minutes away. The Mudroom entry is perfect for storing winter gear. Large Cathedral open living area is perfectly suited to entertain a large crowd with gas fireplace to keep you cozy.The kitchen features a breakfast bar and dining room table. The living room has cathedral ceilings and a 60" flat smart screen TV and gas fireplace. There is a new 7ft bar built with granite and smart TV behind to watch golf, enjoy a cocktail, and have a great adult conversations separate from the crowd. The sun room/library is another great space for relaxing with leather chairs and spacious couches and lots of glass. Large porch and private back yard. First floor features a beautiful master suite with king size bed 10 ft vanity, soaking tub, and shower. The center hall bath has shower, 7ft double sink vanity nicely equipped with granite. There are 2 additional bedrooms on 1st floor. The upstairs has a matching bath to the 1st floor and also has double built in bunk beads with cathedral ceilings. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has queen size bed, computer desk, and cathedral ceilings. Finished basement offers even more space for your family to spread out with another 60 inch smart screen tv's, cable, internet. washer/ dryer, tiled mud room, and all wood V groove pine bedroom. This is a great 3500 sqft house to spread out and relax to enjoy your guests. We also installed new ramp in garage area for easier access for elderly people or people with disabilities. The house also has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas minus the basement which is always very cool. Thanks
