Summary: The location here was good and very walkable, just one block from Promenade Anglais. Reception is only available during certain hours, but when we needed to communicate they were accommodating. A door code is provided to access the front door but realized near the end of the stay that front door actually did not lock at all- could be a safety concern despite there being another locked door to access the suites on the 2nd floor. The room was not cleaned every day, but the room itself was very clean. The bathroom was very small, sink area was tiny.
