Situated at quiet residential area in Jimbaran
15 minutes drive from the airport, access to all southern beaches less than 15 minutes drive. This private and quiet Villa is suitable for couples, families, groups, business travellers who would like to have their own privacy.
This beautiful 4 bedrooms Villa sit on the 300 sqm. It is a 2 storey and enough space for the parking car.
You will be welcomed by beautiful old Balinese gate toward the Villa. There is balcony with 2 rattan chair for you to enjoy the corner garden.
When you go in the can enjoy the living room. The Rattan sofa with the brown cushion and pillow decoration. You can reading selection books, magazine, watching selection of CD or TV Channels . We have placed many decorations too in the villa.
The kitchen have complete set of cooking utensil, chinaware, glass ware. You can store meat vegetable in the fridge. Microwave, toaster all waiting for you. You can serve the food in the bar counter
The Dining table is made from wood and covered by ethnic table cloth with other accessories.
Public toilet and small store for cleaning equipment is on the first floor too.
The main bedroom is spacious with sofa , mirror table, closet room, bathroom with bathtub. The room with AC and hot water.
The second floor there are living room and main bedroom with ensuite. Additionally there are 2 bedrooms with shared one bathroom. All with AC but no hot water.
For your convenience during your stay with us, you will have access to all the facilities we have PRIVATELY. NOT SHARING WITH OTHER GUEST.

For you who is the first time come to Bali, Bali is not heaven for pedestrian since we don't have pedestrian street and one place to another is quite a distant and also the heat. So wherever you go in Bali, you certainly need to take transportation.
You may take a taxi or rent car / scooters , I will be able to assist / recommend.
Airport Transfer ( maximum 5 seats ) oneway to our House is at RP 200 000
~Full day car with driver for at Rp 500.000
- Half day tour with driver is RP 350.000
Scooter rental is RP 60.000
I would like strongly advise you to arrange your transportation mode during your stay in advance to avoid wasting time of your holiday.
However I still assist you to make the arrangement for car rental / car with driver / rent motor on the last minute, please bear in mind any inconvenience caused such as taking long hours to arrive, the possibilities no car available.
Public Taxi is easy to call but will take time to arrive between 15minute to 30 minutes. The public taxi driver mostly only aware the hotel area. Since local resident hardly taking taxi and also many new street or private street or private area coming up and the most unorganized thing is the house numbering not in order making the taxi driver not aware about the new happening places in Bali.
Please do apology if you cannot find the space to stay with us since we have many returning guest. So I suggest once you see the space , please make a booking as soon as possible.
