Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths located in heart of Old Town, Scottsdale less than a mile from the excitement of Fashion Square surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. We are 1.5 miles from the famed River Walk, 5th Ave shops and Old Town Art galleries with tons of popular restaurants and nightlife in the downtown Scottsdale area. We are very close to several spring training stadiums, casinos and of course the numerous golf courses that Scottsdale has to offer. Top Golf, the Aquarium, Butterfly world, Musical Instrument Museum - all a quick Uber away! About 20 min to Mayo Clinic. The living and dining rooms open up to the patio and pool area allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high thread count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.
