The house had plenty of spaces where we could all be together and bedrooms were comfortable and private if anyone needed a break The sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful here and the house has great views of the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and even though we went to a family member's home for Thanksgiving, I think you would have everything you needed to make a great meal. We've also got plenty of space for parking, with room for 4 to 5 cars.

Getting to the beach is a breeze—just a short walk from the back of the property, or take a stroll down to the spit! For exploring the local area, having a car or arranging a ride is recommended. And if you're planning a trip to Boston, it's an easy commute by train!

- Central AC upstairs with 2 thermostats to control zones on the upper level. Downstairs is not on central AC but does have fans to help regulate the temperature downstairs.
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
