The top floor hosts the expansive Master suite and newly renovated private bath. The bunk room is located right off the Master with a single bunk bed that sleeps two extra guests. The Master bedroom has a lovely covered porch with comfortable seating that overlooks the beach. The laundry room is positioned off the Master with a stack washer and dryer unit. This townhome unit has a full under deck with seating to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The unit also has access to the community pool, which is a just a few short steps away.
