Vaulted ceilings in large living area w/ palladium window and shutters, hard wood floors, ceiling fans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated tiled bathroom w/ glass shower door and new vanities, small, lean to, carport in back, front door and back door, WiFi and cable, master has updated full bathroom, 2 car driveway, room for a camper. New HVAC, washer and dryer, deck, you can see the ocean from the home but you canโt walk to it without going down Hwy 17. No HOA, live on a corner, no neighbors to speak of, ADT security, 62โ tv. Everything anyone could need is here! I still have pictures to upload but it will be soon! One of the bedrooms is more for storage. There isnโt a bed in there but any air mattress would fit great in there. And so extremely convenient to EVERYTHING in Pawleys Island.
