Less than three miles from Bethany Beach, this lovely three-bedroom house enjoys a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for your next Ocean View getaway. After a fun-filled hike on a nearby trail, kick back in the attractive furniture to get in a good read or watch a movie or show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plus all the counter space and cabinet storage you'll need to prepare a delicious meal to savor at the dining table with seating for six. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three bedrooms to enjoy, the main-level room with an en-suite bath. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the shared pool and the private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay. The central AC will ensure the home stays nice and cool on hot summer days.

The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using our amenities, including the pools,
Clubhouse/Fitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.
Beginning Memorial Day weekend and ending on Labor Day, the community beach shuttle will operate on Saturdays and Sundays, plus holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day).
* Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
