A first floor ocean front studio with a private porch. Perfect for a retired couple or person. Has a full kitchen with utilities, Direct TV, fiber optic Internet, air conditioner, use of washer/dryer and a private porch. Public transportation to Manta or catch a ride with Linda. We are 20 mins from Manta.
This is not a party beach however does have a very friendly expat group. We have pets on site and always welcome your well behaved pet. Sorry but we are unable to accommodate young children.
You will fall asleep to the waves and wake up to them. During the season you can see the whales and enjoy the colorful kite surfing. We have a popular breakfast cafe on site serving local organic coffee with a full breakfast menu. You will find several small cabanas serving fresh seafood on the beach.
We have no hidden charges for long term. All electric, water, Direct TV and Internet are included. We will make a special rate for long term.
