Summary: The property is nicely designed and would have made for a great vacation; however, my primary reason for selecting this property was the pool and ancillary facilities. During my stay the pool, sauna and Steam room were not open. It took management a week to get a service person on site and then the repair was made is a few hours. I was only able to use the pool my last evening, before my early morning departure on Sunday. The concierges are great but the investor/manager seems to care little about the units it owns at the property. Maintenance was deferred, there is no User Manual in the Unit (bus and tram maps would have been incredibly helpful) and the manager is not as responsive as it should be. I have requested a full refund for my trip.
