Positive: Honestly, this place is off the charts — if I could rate it 6 or 7 out of 5, I would. Everything is just amazing. The vibe is incredibly peaceful, the surroundings are beautiful and perfectly maintained, and the whole property feels intimate and charming without trying too hard. The onsen experience is outstanding, especially the private onsen — truly relaxing and unique. The staff overall were great, and the atmosphere makes you instantly unwind. The restaurant is exceptional, and the breakfast… wow. Easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had — refined, generous, and absolutely delicious. My wife and I loved every minute of our stay, and honestly, we wished we had booked one more night. We will definitely come back, and I would strongly recommend anyone traveling in the Chiang Mai area to stay here — it’s far more worth it than staying anywhere else in the city.

Negative: Nothing, really. If I had to mention something, the front desk staff could be just slightly more smiley — but that’s being extremely picky. Overall, there are genuinely no negative points.
