Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was only seven or eight minutes walk to the metro station, which made it very convenient. Also, each room came with a refrigerator. The two beds were comfortable and the staff at the front desk who are available till 10 in the evening were uniformly, helpful, and very pleasant. Also, a great assistance was the free map available at the desk which included main attractions of Warsaw and the metro, tram and bus lines.

Negative: I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t easier to use the pool as that was a major attraction for me. You had to ask at the desk for a paper which allow you access once a day for 90 minutes. It is a public pool though, and there are special requirements for its use. You are supposed to wear slippers and not street shoes to use the changing room. You could take them off and go, barefoot. The pool closes at 10 PM but you have to clear out earlier. At least in my experience later in the day, the water gets cooler, especially the small hot tub, which is more like a lukewarm tub.
