Summary: We rented this home for the backyard space while we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. It was very convenient to NCSU and all of the other things we wanted to do. While the area was more transitional than other areas of Raleigh we’ve stayed in, the neighborhood was very quiet with lots of trees and big lots. We had a few small issues at the outset, but Liz was very responsive and took care of them quickly.
