Features 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, a queen sofa bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area, a washer/dryer, a screened porch, a 2nd floor outdoor space, a rooftop balcony with 360 degree views of Litchfield by the Sea, and an on-site pool. Villa is located just under 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks. Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Concessions available in season. Cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and television are available to rent for full or half days. Room Charge or Credit Cards only. Indoor Pool is located inside of the Health Club along with a hot tub. Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The Neighborhood: During your stay in one of our Oyster Catcher Villas, take advantage of fishing for flounder, blue crab, and spot tail bass that flourish in Osprey Lakes brackish water, lighted tennis courts, over seven miles of scenic walking paths, an oceanfront clubhouse with cabana, and approximately one mile of private access to the beach. Getting Around: Within the gated community all resort amenities and beach are within short walking distance.
