This home is fully remodeled with all of the furnishings you need for your Ozark Vacation. It sits just 1.5 miles from the crystal clear Jacks Fork River and has a view of the beautiful Ozark hills from the screened in back deck. It is centrally located to all of the attractions that draw families to this area. This home is easily accessible from all paved roads, no gravel!
**No Smoking and No Pets Allowed**
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached full bath with new shower installed in December 2019 for additional privacy during your stay. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room with Twin bunks and a Day bed with trundle that makes into a King bed easily.
This home comes fully furnished with everything you need to prepare all your meals as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is a four seat kitchen table, 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar, as well as a 6-person table on the covered deck.
The living room has been furnished with a couch and loveseat so you can watch ROKU TV on the rare rainy day. Wifi is available throughout the house at no additional charge.
An HE washer and dryer are available for your use in the unfinished basement. You will need to provide your laundry detergent during your stay.
This home allows for easy access to Alley Spring, Rocky Falls, Devils Well and a whole host of beautiful springs all along the Jacks Fork and Current Rivers. There are multiple local outfitters that will provide pick up and delivery from this home to river accesses for float trips.
