Dining Area includes 4 Chair Dining.

A Bus Stop is located just around the corner, routing to Cronulla Mall or Kurnell (to visit Captain Cook's Landing Place and the beautiful National Park.)
A perfect location with the Beach at the end of the Road to have a dip in the Ocean, or take a Walk on the famed Cronulla Beaches Esplanade Walk, which, if you head south, will take you to Cronulla Mall or continue further south, to see some of Cronulla's most picturesque Beaches, then to the spectacular Bass & Flinders Pt & the spectacular Salmon Haul Bay where you can take a dip in the bluest water.
The famed beachfront SummerSalt Restaurant (where Prince Harry dined 7 years ago) is located at the Beach at the end of the Road. Also a newly opened Cafe sits right next door on the Beachfront for Breakfasts and Lunches. (Only 12 minutes walk.)

- Babies of non-walking age are permitted and NO additional Charge is payable, although a Travel Cot will have to be supplied by Guest(s).
- Strictly NO Toddlers or young Children under the age of (13) thirteen are permitted to visit OR stay.
- NO Babysitting of Children/Grandchildren. This also includes NO visits by Grandchildren or Children under 13.
- Maximum Visitors: Four Guests over the age of 18.
- A Guest between the age of 13 to 18 is to be accompanied by an Adult Registered Guest, at all times.
-Any DAMAGE or THEFT of any of the property inside or outside tge Villa, including Appliances, Furniture, Decor Items, Plants etc, may incur loss of Bond plus possible additional costs.
-So appreciate for Guests to please leave The Villa Apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, as Cleaning Fees are not charged.
