More information by the provider: Our ground floor appartement Eggerhorn is in our Chalet Norbert (three apartements), located above Lax, a Valais village in the district of Goms, just below the Aletsch Glacier and is the perfect starting point for all kinds of mountain adventures. Special features Our apartment is characterised by its generous size, with 75m² for you to enjoy. Lots of large windows, two large balconies. The side balcony opens directly onto the lawn. The town centre, with supermarket, cash points, tourist information and railway station, is just 10 minutes' walk away. The chalet is surrounded by forest, meadows and pasture. Lax is located in the region of Aletsch, at the gateway to Goms. Here, you are far away from mass tourism, but you benefit from the infrastructure of the tourist village of Fiesch (3km). In Lax, a bus runs straight to the chairlift in Fiesch that takes you to the Aletsch Arena ski area. You are also within reach of the Aletsch Glacier (on foot), Binntal (on foot), Zermatt, Fee and Domodossola, among others. Our appartement has two spacious bedrooms with two or three beds, as well as a comfortable dining area and a breakfast bar towards the kitchen, for relaxation. Guests who enjoy cooking will find an oven, cooker, fridge, *** freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of workspace, as well as a dishwasher. And, of course, it has a fondue and raclette set - basic equipment in a Swiss household. Make yourself comfortable on the couches in the living room and watch TV (flat-screen TV with DVD and CD player), enjoy the two balconies or check the weather per WLAN(free).
