The space
We hope you enjoy our lovely home; it is kitted out with everything you may need for your stay.
A complimentary welcome pack containing hygienic individually wrapped tea, coffee & biscuits will be waiting for you upon arrival.
The open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area is bright and modern.
The new kitchen has a beautiful quartz worktop and is fitted out with top of the range appliances so you can show off your culinary skills!
It is very well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay, including kettle, toaster, built in microwave, built in oven, Electric glass top hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer. As well as cutlery, pots, and pans.
The dining area includes a wooden table, with stool seating.
The living area is very spacious, it has a lounge chair, comfy bean bags and a large click clack sofa, that turns into a sofa bed if needed. There is a Smart TV and of course free WI-FI.
French doors lead off from the living room, opening out onto the stunning slabbed patio, which overlooks the large private garden with views of the iconic Wembley Stadium arch.
In the ground floor hallway, there is a bathroom with WC and hand basin.
The carpeted winding staircase leads up to two beautiful double bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: one double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: one double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers.
There is also a stylish large family bathroom which comprises of WC, a bath with a glass shower screen, an overhead rainfall shower, and a handheld shower. There is also a large basin and a steam free mirror to make shaving easy!
Loft Room
Up another flight of stairs, On the second floor is a loft room. The perfect multipurpose space.
It can be used as a playroom, there are lots of fun board games, from Jenga to Monopoly, and a light effects machine! Great fun for all.
The loft room also has a desk so it can be used an office if you need to do some work whilst travelling.
It really is a fabulous home, we look forward to hosting you !

ON WEMBLEY STADIUM EVENT DAYS YOU MUST DISPLAY AN EVENT DAY PARKING PERMIT!! OR YOU WILL GET A PARKING TICKET.
Do not worry, we have one event day permit inside the house which you can display in your vehicle.
You must park on the road specified on the permit !
The Loft Space.
The walls around the perimeter of the loft are sloped, so please watch your head.
