Summary: Pluses: quiet but very convenient location, property manager is excellent communicator, nice selection of games for indoors and out, color printer/copier for guest use, very good fridge and dishwasher, hot water and good water pressure. Nice towels & bedding. New stick vacuum, New patio table & chairs. Good closets & hangers. Many small repairs made promptly by handyman. Cat& dog friendly. Nice set of hand tools available. Not so great: no space inside for board games, no serving dishes, ovens hard to regulate, wee stones in driveway track into house all the time, floors show every bit of dirt, beds for 6 but dining space barely for 4, bar stools small, uncomfortable and won't slide under counter, very low light in kitchen, patio lounge chairs very dirty, roof leaked onto sofa and kitchen in several places during heavy rains, water from kitchen sink leaked under cabinet and onto patio if full sink emptied all at once, mattresses of closed cell foam & not comfortable, no bedside reading lamps, not enough hanging towel space in either bathroom, front door lock had to be re-set twice in 7 weeks, OK for 3-4 day stay but not for several weeks or more.
