Positive: It was clean and peaceful, loved the view and quietness about it. And a beautiful house
Negative: The water smells really bad, there was a mouse running around in the kitchen. Found a small dead scorpion in one of the counter drawers in the kitchen.
Summary: It was fine for what we needed it for.
