Peachy Beachy is a mid-century modern home with pops of peach for you to enjoy.
Its open plan living/kitchen and large outdoor entertainment area has plenty of options for 2 families and/or large bookings. Enjoy the huge back deck overlooking a large fully-fenced grassy area with fire pit, swing set, table tennis and a view of the hills.
You can swim, surf or stroll at Goolwa Beach, just a minutes drive, or 10 minute walk.

The space
Peachy Beachy is a spacious, mid-century modern home with all the luxuries to make your stay unforgettable.

The large open plan living/dining/kitchen area can easily accommodate all family and friends to gather around one of the many board games, DVD’s, PlayStation 3, watch some Netflix, get nostalgic, pop on a vinyl & listen to the record player while cooking up a meal, or fix a drink or two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breville barista coffee machine with endless supply of coffee beans, basic pantry staples, along with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge.

The house faces out onto the backyard with double sliding doors, large windows and slanted roofline overlooking the rolling hills in the background.

There is a large air conditioner and combustion heater in the living room with fans in the living area and most bedrooms, meaning you’ll be comfortable no matter the weather.

The kitchen opens up to a large covered deck with authentic brick pizza oven, bbq and outdoor furniture.
The beautifully landscaped back yard has a swing set for the kids so the adults can relax & enjoy the outdoor fun with lots of laughter had by all.
The shed is accessible with a ping-pong table set up inside.
There’s also an open fire pit for roasting marshmallows on winters days, while the kids play in the securely enclosed yard.

Comfortably sleeping 12 people consisting of:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3- x2 single bunk beds with complimentary porta cot on request (you will need to provide your own bedding for the porta cot)
Bedroom 4- x2 long singles (or option of having combined into a King) & x1 single bunk beds.

Towels are provided for your convenience.
We also have a high chair & porta cot, please let us know if you’d like this set up.

If you require a bed for an Infant please book them in as a Child as we do not make up beds for Infants unless they are booked in as a Child.

Two bathrooms:
The bathroom features a powder room with 2 basins, separate toilet and seperate bathtub/shower.
The ensuite, off the king bedroom, features a shower, toilet and vanity.

There is a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Staying Rules:
- No parties or events (unless prior agreed)
- No smoking
- No pets
- Check In after 2pm
- Check Out by 10am

NOTE: Bookings made by people 21 years old or under, with more than 4 guests will require a $500 bond. Bond will be returned as soon as cleaner confirms no damage.
