Positive: Views were beautiful and generally beautiful on the inside. Overall loved the feel of the living room and kitchen with the wood interior, windows and furnishings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets and general supplies. Lots of deck space, however be aware of different levels in the middle. Family room downstairs looked great, but we were a small group and never used it.
Negative: Carpet on steps going down stairs was filthy as well as the one going upstairs. Toilet for MBR on main floor is shared as a walk thru with the rest of house and not private at all. There is no closet for MBR or place for your suitcase and things, other than on the floor. Upstairs bedroom is nice but noisy, as it is a loft and we knew that when reserving. Handle in screen door to deck was falling off and screen was torn. The house really needs some TLC upkeep and finishing touches. Had mice but not surprising due to isolated location. That is not so upsetting but the response from management company was to deal with it on our own.
Summary: Beautiful views and great potential….BUT……
