Summary: Experience was just okay, because the staff downstairs wasn't that engaged with us. No much of a hello or good afternoon when we arrived and as we entered/left the hotel for other times. The restaurant upstairs was also closed for a private event on Monday morning, so no opportunity to have breakfast there. Property was nice, but for the amount we paid, we expected better service. Got better service at another lower rate property in Manhattan the next two days.
