Located just a block away from Gondola square and in the middle of all shopping and dining, the complex has a fantastic location and also a very private feel. This great 3 bedroom condo features an updated kitchen with granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer and an amazing balcony with private grill, overlooking the mountain. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet and cozy fireplace adding to the warm mountain feel. Across the living area are the other 2 bedrooms - one with 2 twin beds and private bathroom and the last one with queen beds and bathroom with access from the living area and the bedroom. The living area is super cozy with another fireplace and access to the very large balcony and the condo has its own in-unit Washer and Dryer. The complex features underground parking, an in building an elevator, seasonal pool, and hot tub, as well as fitness center. Please note that this property is for sale, and the realtor showings may occur during your stay. In the case of a realtor showing, we will work our best to accommodate all guests.
