Step outside to a huge backyard with a grill, picnic table, and amazing outdoor shower. Upstairs features three additional bedrooms, a brand-new hall bathroom, and a powder room—plenty of space for the whole family. Private parking for four cars, with additional parking passes available for off-street parking.
LOCATION: OCEAN BLOCK on Oak Ave, just steps from the beach and three blocks from the north end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Enjoy the quieter, family-friendly vibe of North Rehoboth Beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely strolls. A short walk or bike ride brings you to the famous Rehoboth boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and the sparkling Atlantic beaches.
