With 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 toddler bed, this lovely retreat is perfect for small groups or families that want to get away from it all while staying just a step away from Wichita Falls. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating/AC, and an EV charger during your stay. A beautiful, well-maintained 30,000 gallon pool is available in the host’s backyard just steps away (shared with hosts, with first choice given to our guests) during the summer months! With a shallow end for relaxing and a deep end for fun activities, you and your family will definitely enjoy taking a break from the summer heat in the pool. This is a great place to call home base while you're away or needing a stop on your trip. We hope you enjoy your stay!
New amenities added in August include a stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a propane grill, a small library of books to enjoy, a coffee station, some board games, and a remote workspace complete with a desk, chair, and WiFi (bring your own computer). And, we JUST added a washer and dryer!
The guest house has its own private backyard and an XL doggy door for your furry friends. We also have two horse stalls and trailer parking available if you need to bring your horses (with a clear vet check and coggins). Please be sure to read the property rules for instructions if you plan to bring your horses. **Please notify your host at the time of booking if you are planning on having guests over to use the pool. We are usually okay with it but we need to make sure the occupancy levels are not exceeded. No parties or events! Thank you.
