This traditional stone villa is comfortably furnished, with exposed wood beams, painted wooden floors and colourful rugs which all add to the authentic appeal. The ground floor bedrooms are simply furnished but tasteful and have air conditioning. Should you need a little more space, there is a third bedroom on the lower ground floor via a spiral staircase, though it is not air conditioned. Petrinoโs mature exotic gated gardens are a colourful blend of bougainvillaea, jasmine and citrus with several outdoor seating areas, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing in the sun. The private pool in the garden offers stunning views across the valley. It is the unique style and the glorious setting that sets Petrino House apart. Approached through the olive groves along a narrow lane it is both secluded and conveniently located- just a few minutesโ drive from the excellent waterfront tavernas and shops in the delightful fishing village of Frikes. When youโre ready to explore nothing is very far away from the villa- the local beach is a few minutes by car and a little further is the picturesque port of Kioni- a lovely place to unwind, enjoy a meal and a cocktail or two. Leave the port, drive up the hill and continue over the summit until you come to a T junctionat the bottom signed to Stavros. 2. Turn Left towards Stavros. 3. Carry along this road for about 13.5 KM until you enter the village of Stavros. You will see a large church on your Right. 4. Drive through the village until you come to a fork in the road. The Right fork is signed to Frikes. Take this road downhill until you pass the petrol station on the Left. 5. Take the first road Left after the petrol station, not the small drive. At the T junction turn Left at a blue wooden house. Continue along this road winding up hill. You will enter the hamlet of Lahos. 6. After the first two storey house on your Left there is a small road which forks off to the Left. Take this road. 7. The next house on your Left is Petrino. It has the number 122 painted in black on the corner of the house wall. This is where you park the car. The entrance gate is along from the parking area. 8.
