Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was modern, spacious and extremely clean. I have never known or seen such high standard of cleaning day and night. All issues were responded to promptly i.e air conditioning issues. Swift response in minutes and fixed within 10. Cleaners cleaning throughout until 3:30am. Reception staff were very friendly, professional. The layout of the hotel was great, variety of restaurants and food amazing. I eat away all day. Soft drinks and other beverages such a mint tea and coffee available throughout the whole day.

Negative: I will give an honest based on the things I would have liked. However, no negativity in my feedback .Would have liked there to be more bars open throughout the day. There was only one in the middle section area from 11:00am. I would have loved more cocktails options and other drinks available such ad the mojito juice drink which was available inside . More food options in snack bar i.e. burger, variety of pizzas, crepes. There was an indoor pool but it was not heated, far too cold to enjoy. Main swimming pool should be covered overnight to retain heat. This was cold as well. Also would prefer all food to be in a covered area and not accessible to birds that happily flew in and had a pick at the croissants. This is also required for food in the restaurant.
