The villas are built on a steep hillside and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the offshore islands. Through a private staircase of the resort leads directly to the natural stone beach in front of it with crystal clear water in a few steps. The house was built on 2 levels with an internal staircase in the middle. On the ground floor a wide and open space with a cozy living room corner, spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Including extended picture and sound package. Behind a guest room with sofa bed which can also be used as a work or games room and private access to the terrace. In addition, a guest toilet and the boiler room with storage space and sink. The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms en suite, each with its own balcony. Each room has a king-size double bed which can also be converted into two single beds if required. From 2 rooms you can enjoy an open sea view from the bed. The functional bathrooms all have a shower with toilet and sink. On the terrace raised tiles bring anti-slip security especially for children while running. A heated pool in the L-format invites you to enjoy swimming in the off-season. Comfortably designed pool loungers and matching exquisite lounge furniture invite you to relax and chill out in the sun. The villas are accessed via a narrow gravel road and a steep driveway. On the own carport behind the house you can park 1-2 cars. It takes about 15 minutes to Marina and about 30 minutes to Trogir.
