Positive: The location is idyllic with carefully manicured grounds, charming rustic cabins, really helpful staff, and a beautiful stretch of beach. You can also get kite surfing lessons on site. The guests tend to be families and couples so the vibe is quiet and friendly. There are some very nice restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

Negative: There is no place nearby to buy fresh fruit and vegetables so stock up if you're passing through Tulum.
