Holiday park Prinsenmeer is located near the beautiful nature area de Peel, on the edge of the village Ommel, close to the town of Asten. The park offers a subtropical indoor pool with slides, bubble bath, toddler pool, sauna and steam cabin. In summer you can also enjoy the beach pool and its slides and sunbathing meadow/beach. Furthermore there are an indoor playground, various sports fields, playgrounds, mini-golf and the air-trampoline. Prinsenmeer Plaza awaits you with a buffet restaurant, pancake restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlour and a terrace. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the restaurant.
Other facilities for you to enjoy are: launderette, supermarket, paddle boats, bowling, bike rental, paddle cart rental, BBQ rental etc. This lively park offers something for everyone. There is an animation team offering fun activities for all ages during the Dutch school holidays.
Please note that the facilities may have limited opening hours outside the summer holidays. From mid-July until the end of August (and during the Dutch May- and autumn break) the subtropical pool is open from Tuesday until Sunday, the other months it's open on Wednesday- and Friday afternoon and Saturday/Sunday throughout the day.
This basic chalet is suitable for 6 persons. The living area has a sitting/dining area with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, 4-pit stove, a microwave and sufficient kitchen utensils. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with each 2 single beds. Each bed has 1 duvet and a pillow. The bathroom contains a shower, basin and toilet. You can rent a high chair, playpen or baby bath on request. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 per house. Not all houses are suitable for your pets, so you need to register them upon booking. The terrace offers a table, chairs and umbrella.

There is plenty to do on holiday park Prinsenmeer, but it's also worthwhile to explore the area around the park. National Park de Groote Peel is beautiful and you can explore it on foot or by bike. The town of Asten is located 5km from the park. Not only does it offer the necessary shops, it has a botanical garden and old mill to visit. The kids will love a visit to the magical theme park Toverland in Sevenum. A little further away is the theme park Efteling in Kaatsheuvel, a beautiful park based on fairy tales. Safaripark Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek is also definitely worth the visit. You'll find action and adventure at Fun Forest in Venlo, a high ropes course through the tree tops. Do you enjoy shopping? The cities Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Helmond and Weert are not far away.
- When bringing pets please note that you need to pay an additional cleaning charge of € 10,- on top of the daily fee of € 5,- per pet per day. You need to select this service upon booking.
- Preferences such as houses next to each other or a preferred location can be requested against a preference fee of € 16,50. You can state your preference in the remarks field upon booking. We will let you know if your preference can be honoured as soon as possible. If your preference is conditional for you, you need to inquire prior to booking.
- You can order a barbecue menu on location. This includes barbecue hire, meat, sauces and salads (€ 14,95 per adult, € 9,95 per child)
- Outside the Dutch school holidays several facilities/services may be closed/unavailable.
- Group bookings may be subject to additional conditions, such as the supervision and the location of the houses. We reserve the right to exclude a group due to certain circumstances. Additional an extra deposit may be charged.
- You may use the park facilities starting at noon on the day of arrival, but note that your accommodation will only be available after 3pm. The reception is open until 9pm on Friday. In case of late arrival you need to make an appointment about when and where to pick up the key.
