Positive: breakfast was outstanding! chalet was exceptionally clean. everything from the hidro to the fireplace worked perfectly. the chalet was clean and spacious. one of the best experiences I have had at a pousada.
Negative: no complaints about anything.
Summary: One of the best pousadas in Monte Verde. Totally recommend!
