Getting Around:

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is a 5-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.
Other Things to Note:

Apologies for the inconvenience.
***This is to inform you that Unit 1207 will be carrying out maintenance work in the above-mentioned area which will last for 6 weeks. Starting from: Tuesday 2nd January, 2024 from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Kindly note that there will be dust & noise during the maintenance work. We have informed the security and building FM to monitor the work and assists other tenants if they have any issues with the work. Apologies for the inconvenience.
